Amanda Brugel
Pointe Claire in Montreal's West Island is a tiny quiet town. People unfamiliar with the term tend to think it's an island that's in the west of Montreal However, in reality it's a part of the city that's west. West Island is home to all things from the Lachine city. Lachine west. Amanda Brugel's hometown is often referenced, however her brief stay wasn't. Brugel grew up in Courtice close to Oshawa Ontario. The first goal she had was to become an actress, but after a sudden expansion, she and her partner were no longer able to dance along with her. She gained the most recognition when she landed her character of Rita on the award-winning TV series The Handmaid's Tale. Brugel was the only Canadian part of the cast during the season 1 of the series and not seen much.
